Monthly Plans vs. Data Packages
Both offer a data allowance, but reset and rollover rules differ. Choose the option that matches your usage habits before comparing specific tiers.
Don't confuse device limits, data, and speed
Unlimited devices means you can use multiple devices at once; your data allowance determines how much you can transfer. These are separate limits. Any device that keeps transferring data will use your allowance, and a larger allowance won't change your local network conditions. Before choosing a plan, consider the apps you use and background syncing, then check usage in the dashboard to see whether you need a higher tier.
Monthly plans are for managing usage month by month; data packages let you keep a balance for when you need it. A monthly plan doesn't mean unused data carries over forever, and a data package doesn't give you a fresh allowance every month. Before changing plans, check your current subscription, remaining data, and the change details in the dashboard. Don't assume different products can be combined or exchanged in a particular way.
Billing & Refund FAQs
Review pricing, device limits, and refund terms before choosing a plan in the dashboard.
How much do VPNPast plans cost?
Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB; ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data packages cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data is used until depleted and never expires. Monthly data resets on the same day each month that the plan was activated. Make sure to distinguish monthly plans from data packages—the package prices are not monthly fees.
How many devices can I use at once?
Use the service on unlimited devices at the same time. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, so keep an eye on your remaining allowance. Video, file transfers, and background tasks on your devices can all use data.
How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?
14-day refund policy. Sign in to the user dashboard, open the support ticket page, and submit a request with the order you want refunded. See the Terms of Service for eligibility details. Before submitting, gather your order and payment records for verification. You don't need to keep switching routes or changing device settings to request a refund.
Which payment methods are supported?
Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. In the user dashboard, choose a plan and check the order total and billing type, then follow the instructions on the order page to pay. After payment, return to the dashboard to check your order and plan status. If anything looks wrong, submit the relevant records in a support ticket to avoid paying twice.
When does monthly data reset, and can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Monthly data resets on the same day each month that the plan was activated. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. To decide whether to upgrade, check your remaining data and current subscription in the dashboard, then review the result shown on the change page. Don't assume the price difference converts into extra data or a fixed extension.
Do data packages expire? Do I need an email address to create an account?
Data packages are used until depleted and never expire. They draw down from a fixed data allowance, don't reset monthly, and aren't unlimited. They're suited to use that varies over time when you want to keep any remaining data. You can create a VPNPast account with a username and password—no email address required. Keep your account credentials and subscription link secure.
